When Aaron and his friends asked for a special cruise dining out on The Duchess, the crew stepped right up with a four-star four-course gourmet dinner on the seas. Prepared by Gourmet Chef Brandon, the feast started with bacon-wrapped chorizo-stuffed dates and seared scallops sautéed with Japanese mushrooms. A fabulous arugula salad was met with praise, which was then followed by the main course consisting of a prosciutto-wrapped Alaskan halibut, served over grilled asparagus on a bed of puréed parsnips.
